Located in the Catoctin Mountains of Western Maryland, Catoctin Creek Farm raises award winning Romney sheep.  Our Romney wool is highly prized by handspinners.  We also make wool products including blankets, roving, period throws, yarn, socks, and various other wool crafts.

Using our natural wool products helps to sustain small farms. Historically, small farms have been the backbone of America. Our small agricutural business is concerned with maintaining high environmental standards. We have won a soil conservation award as well as meeting the qualifications for the Maryland Nutrient Management Plan to prevent runoff into the Chesapeake Bay.

We have been recognized by the American Sheep Industry Association as Certified Wool Producers. We follow strict standards in the production of our wool to maintain consistency and high quality.
